Iceberg Capital was founded in 2023 to invest in Small Businesses. It is our belief that SMBs and the entrepreneurs who dedicate themselves to creating and building them are at the core of what makes America special.
With that belief, our mission is to identify and invest in companies that have solid foundations and strong existing teams. With respect for the builders, we endeavor to honor the legacy of those that came before while simultaneously bringing new energy, passion and ideas to the next generation of company development.
We are looking to invest and operate a small business that provide meaningful goods or services, have an existing team of employees who have grown to care for the business as their own, and have sellers who care about the company and have a desire to stay involved in some form after the exit.
